According to reports, Romelu Lukaku is currently unhappy with his two teammates Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba.
As reported by the Metro, the reason for the unhappiness is believed to be due to Lukaku getting undermined by veteran striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic after the Swede asked the big Belgian to play on the wings rather than in his preferred position of leading the attack in the clash against Newcastle United last month.
This apparent unhappiness of Lukaku has been further compounded with the striker’s belief that his agent Mino Raiola is playing favourites with his other clients such as Paul Pogba and Ibrahimovic.
It will be interesting to see how the situation will be sorted out by manager Jose Mourinho as Lukaku’s mental state seems to be affecting his playing style as the Belgian looks uncertain with his touch and movements of late.
