Key Purpose=
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the company’s overall digital marketing strategy across all our products and services. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining brand awareness within the digital space as well as for driving traffic to the company’s website and for attaining leads and customers.
They will be responsible for all digital platforms within Next Biosciences’ digital ecosystem:
- Maintenance of websites via content management system (CMS)
- Chatbots (functionality perspective)
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Google Analytics
- PPC/Google Adwords
- Social Media Platforms
- App
- CRM
Employees reporting into this role:
- Social Media Marketer
and work closely with the following stakeholders:
- Marketing Campaign Manager- to provide input and expertise for all digital aspects of new projects/campaigns.
- Customer Experience Manager- to provide input and expertise and ensure we are optimising all digital touch points with the end-user.
- IT team- to ensure alignment and collaboration with IT for integration and implementation and bridge the gap between marketing and technology team.
The Digital Marketing Manager will report into the Chief Marketing Officer.
Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Ensure a good understanding of all Next Biosciences Products & Services as well as their target markets and cross-selling opportunities.
- Establish a digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing strategy for each product/service at Next Biosciences as well as the overall Next Biosciences brand.
- Work closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Capture, synthesize, and report on analytics to gauge success of digital marketing activities against targets; take action or make recommendations to optimize experience, conversations, engagement, sentiment, etc.
- Responsible for management of PPC/Google AdWords, Display Network Campaigns, SEO, Google Analytics and Social Media Platforms.
- Manage any of the company’s external suppliers/agencies and ensure the quality of their outputs (for example Google Adwords & SEO partner).
- Manage all Google My Business Accounts and ensure they are updated regularly.
- Track and report on all digital marketing KPIs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Oversee the development and, maintenance of the company website to ensure products & services are effectively communicated via the website.
- Continually optimise company website, social media pages and search engine optimisation (SEO) to generate quality leads and drive conversions.
- Ensure implementation of the social media strategy by the social media marketer.
- Assist the social media marketer in responding to all messages on social media platforms (when on leave/not available).
- Assist in the implementation and roll-out of a new App for Healthcare Professionals.
- Oversee digital marketing budget and ensure objectives are reached within budget parameters.
- Maximise the return on investment (ROI) on digital marketing spend.
- Identify new trends and technologies in digital marketing and recommend adoption of those most beneficial to Next Biosciences.
- Ensure that Next Biosciences and its products/services remains at the forefront of digital advertising by conducting research, including competitor and industry analysis and report on insights and learnings for the organisation.
- Stay up to date with best practices.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in marketing - digital marketing qualifications/certifications a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (developing and implementing digital marketing strategies)
- Experience managing PPC/AdWords, SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads as well as CRM/email campaign platforms.
- Previous experience with CMS systems.
