Position: LOGISTIC MANAGER

TWALIB Logistics is an International Cargo Transportation business located in Dar es salaam. We have more than 50 Trucks and more than 7 yrs. in Transportation Industry
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Daily Follow up of each truck and Transportation status and exception case
- Working and Supervise of Drivers team assign and Management
- Controlling Transportation emergency (Damage / accident) Management
- To arrange all the papers and Communicate with Clearing agent in All borders while the trucks are on transit
- To have good knowledge and experience in Transit goods especially in Zambia, Congo, Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi and Malawi (East and Central Africa)
- Management of Loading and Offloading of Trucks (Including Interchanging Container document)
- To Collect All the Documents of goods from Driver
- To send daily report of trucks to the client and to the Managing Director
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Application
- At least 2 years’ Experience in the same field.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- At least 2 years’ Experience in the same field.
ACCOUNTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To Prepare Invoice and to submit to Client soon as you receive a delivery note
- To arrange all officially document and to keep in record
- To make sure All the trucks have valid documents
- To send daily report to Managing Director.
- Must have Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Accounting software
- At least 2 years’ Experience in the same field
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- At least 2 years’ Experience in the same field
